Is one session enough?

What do I need for a virtual session?

A quiet, private space where you won’t be interrupted.
A stable internet connection.
A device with a camera and a microphone (laptop/desktop preferred).
Please keep your camera on for the entire session.
Headphones or earbuds for optimal sound quality.
Comfortable seating or a place to recline.
Notifications silenced and other apps closed to minimize distractions.

I’ve never used Zoom before - will that be a problem?

Not at all. Your confirmation email will include a link to download Zoom and a quick-start guide. If you’d like, you can log in 5-10 minutes early to make sure everything works before we begin.

How should I prepare?

Just show up! Be open-minded with a willingness to share and the courage to look at things unconventionally.

Can I have an in-person RTT session instead?

Yes, in-person sessions are available in Oak Ridge, NC. Select the “In-Person” option HERE or email Scott to arrange it.

What if I need to reschedule?

You may reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice. Last-minute cancellations or no-shows may forfeit the session fee.

Will I receive a follow-up after the session?
